Donation Request Form

Each year Mountaire Farms, Inc. donates hundreds of thousands of dollars in poultry product to those organizations in need.  Due to the overwhelming amount of requests for sponsorship money and product donation, we are asking everyone to fill out our official donation request form in order to be considered.   Filling out the form does not guarantee your request will be honored.  Those requests from local churches, shelters and food pantries will be considered first, as Mountaire looks to help feed those in need. 

Is your organization an official non-profit group as recognized by the federal government?

Is your organization located in or around the Mountaire Community?  (DE, MD, NC)

If you answered no to any of the questions above your request will not be considered.
