2012 Mountaire Scholarship Ceremony – North Carolina

Mountaire Farms of North Carolina held its 2012 scholarship luncheon on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Squire’s Pub in Southern Pines, NC.  During the event, recipients chosen from Grain, Live Operations and Processing Operations departments were honored and presented with their $2,500 scholarship checks.   All eight (8) recipients and their family members were in attendance.

The 2012 scholarship luncheon for recipients of the Breeder Operation was held on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon in Statesville, NC. Both recipients and their family members were in attendance.

Live Operations:

Brooke Whitley– Milligan College, Elizabethton, TN; Interdisciplinary Honors with a focus on Intercultural Studies
